Edifício Loeb

On the corner of Barão de Capanema and Ministro Rocha Azevedo streets in São Paulo’s Jardins district, Edifício Tânia Loeb Wald undergoes a retrofit by Metro Arquitetos for Planta.Inc. The project renews the façade and transforms the apartments’ connection to the outdoors.

A white steel structure adds depth and shade to the building. New balconies, each with its own planter, integrate greenery into the architecture. The renovation preserves the existing building while creating a more open, greener presence in the neighbourhood.
