Edifício Haddock

Near Avenida Paulista, Haddock 167 brings homes, offices, shops and services together in a single tower. Designed by Metro Arquitetos for Idea!Zarvos, its concrete structural grid runs from ground level to the top, unifying the building’s different uses.

The interplay of solid and open areas animates the façades, while double- and triple-height spaces open up views across the city. A subtle shift near the top breaks the tower’s regular form and gives it a distinctive presence on São Paulo’s skyline.
