Edifício Petrah

In São Paulo’s Vila Buarque neighbourhood, Edifício Petrah transforms the former Edifício Petroleiro through a retrofit. The project retains the existing building and gives it a new residential purpose, close to shops, services and public transport.

Homes and ground-floor retail strengthen the building’s relationship with the street. A short walk from Praça da República, Petrah contributes to the renewal of a central neighbourhood where living means making the most of the city already built.
