In São Gonçalo dos Campos, Bahia, Estância Fernandez is shaped by its landscape and proximity to the Jacuípe River. Antônio Caramelo’s design brings together nature, homes and leisure spaces on land that preserves the memory of the Fernandez family’s former farm.
The development includes a Country Club, a Lake Club and an Equestrian Village designed by Diana Brooks, with landscaping by Roberto Riscala. Gardens, equestrian facilities and access to the water create a way of life closely connected to the land.
